“I cannot not believe that my brother has passed away.”
These were the words of Taniela Qoroya the older brother of Jovilisi Qoroya who passed away following injuries he received during a rugby training session.
Taniela Qoroya said the last time he had seen his brother was following the eight weeks holidays spent together in Kadavu.
Qoroya said he was shocked to receive the news because they were always in contact and that the last time he spoke to Jovilisi was when he had asked him to bring a school project.
The 18-year-old said he will be traveling tomorrow to Kadavu where they will finalize when the funeral will take place.
