Fiji Airways National 7s extended squad member George Bose knows too well the importance of their preparations, as several players are looking to lock down the rover position.

Bose says he knows it will not be easy as he has been trying for two years, but he is not giving up anytime soon, with two days left to prove himself.

The Navosa man began his rugby 7s career with Yamacia and is currently part of Lavidi Brothers.

He says he wants to help Fiji break their losing streak in Dubai for the 2024-2025 HSBC SVNS Series if he is selected.

The Fiji 7s team will be fielding two teams at the Mataso 7s which kicks off tomorrow.

The final squad will be announced after the tournament.

They will then depart our shores on Sunday.

Fiji is pooled with New Zealand, the United States and Spain in Dubai.
