The body of the woman that was found under a vacant house on Amy Street on Sunday has been identified by relatives.
Police say the victim is a 28-year-old and is originally from Nauluvatu Village in Naitasiri.
The case has been classified as murder.
Police Chief of Operations, Maretino Qiolevu says that police have gathered statements from witnesses and passers‑by adding that there is no suspect as yet.
The woman’s body was found by a man who then reported it to a hospital security guard and he then alerted police.
According to a witness, the woman was seen with two men at the house on Amy Street on Saturday night.
It is believed the three were drinking at the house.
