Body found floating at foreshore
Police have confirmed that the body found floating at the Suva foreshore this morning is of an Indo-fijian man.

The man is in his 50s however full identification is still unknown.

It’s also not clear how he ended up in the sea.

A post mortem examination is expected to be conducted tomorrow.

Meanwhile, there are still no sign of the 26 year old Rewa man who has been missing at sea since Friday.

Assistance from the Fiji Navy has been sort to locate Marika Naitiri.

Police have called on people near Kadavu and Beqa waters to keep an eye out for the man and the fibre glass boat.

Natiri accompanied two others to go deep sea diving and at around 9pm when the two other men were underwater, the fibre glass boat he was in started to drift.

The two raised the alarm after they reached mainland.
