A man charged with aggravated robbery failed to appear in the Suva High Court this morning resulting in a bench warrant being issued.
Nemani Keavali is charged alongside Turi Lesubula with four counts of aggravated robbery.
It is alleged that Keavali and Lesubula stole mobile phones and cash to the total value of $5,625.00 on February 26th, in Samabula.
The state counsel has sought 21 days to provide the voir dire disclosures.
Lesubula has been further remanded in custody.
The case has been adjourned to January 16th, next year.
