Head Girl- Hidaayah Hussain and Head Boy-Muhammed Umair Rashid

Suva Muslim College Head Boy, Muhammed Umair Rashid, says he aims to connect with all students and get to know them, as leadership influence can shape their mindset in school.

While speaking to fijivillage News, Rashid says with the rise in social issues among students in school, the student council leaders are crucial in providing counselling and support.

Rashid believes being the head boy does not mean being above or below others but rather standing with them, offering guidance, and supporting them when needed.

The School Head Girl, Hidaayah Hussain, says leading the student body will be a challenging task, but she is ready to take it on with the support of the student council.

Hussain highlights the importance of time management in her role, and she will need to delegate tasks to her deputies and assistants to ensure effective leadership.
