Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama has conveyed his well wishes to the new Australian Prime Minister, Anthony Albanese.
On his official twitter page, Bainimarama told Albanese that of his many promises to support the Pacific, none is more welcomed than his plan to put the climate first.

Albanese will be sworn in tomorrow as the new Australian Prime Minister after incumbent Prime Minister Scott Morrison conceded defeat following the federal elections.
