Five men charged with the theft of an FEA vehicle will have their bail ruling heard in the Nasinu Magistrates Court tomorrow.
Kelepi Salauca, Isimeli Sugu, Emosi Nacamavuto, Vereti Vananalagi and Semi Baleisuva allegedly stole an FEA vehicle on 28th August this year at Ramatau Road in Narere.
Police Prosecutor Keshwan Krishnan objected to their bail application on the grounds that the accused persons have many previous convictions and they are a threat to the public.
Magistrate Charles Ratakele will deliver the bail ruling tomorrow.
