Bail granted to woman who allegedly transported two girls for sexual services in Caubati this year

A 21-year-old woman who is facing a count of domestic trafficking in children has been granted bail by High Court Judge Justice, Daniel Goundar.

It is alleged that Jacqueline Sesenieli organised the transportation of two girls aged 16 and 17 years from Vesida, Nasinu to Caubati with an intent for them to be used to provide sexual services.

The alleged incident happened on the 4th of March this year.

The court was told that Sesenieli has a 6-year-old child and she resides with her mother in Nasinu.

Justice Goundar has ordered her to surrender her passport and if she did not have one, she was ordered not to obtain any passport or travel documents.

She is ordered not to interfere or contact with any prosecution witnesses.

The matter will be called on the 20th of July, 2020.
