A 15-year-old boy who allegedly raped a 10-year-old boy in Kadavu has had his bail extended in the Suva High Court today.
It is alleged that he raped the boy earlier this month.
The prosecution has been given 21 days to file information and disclosures.
He will take his plea on the 30th of August.
