The founder and facilitator of Rugby Academy of Fiji, Seremaia Bai says he is looking forward to starting a 10 week sustainable Agro-Rugby program for 15 Fijian women.

Bai adds women will be trained to start their own business while they can continue to play rugby.

He says women do not get opportunities as much as men in terms of a professional rugby career.

The Rugby Academy of Fiji was granted US$15,000 in the form of a Public Diplomacy Small Grant by the United States Embassy in Fiji.
