The Baby Kulas have kicked off the OFC U-16 Women’s Championship with a confident 4-0 victory over Tahiti in blistering conditions at the Samoa Football Headquarters in Apia.

Captain Teonila Levuiciva and Adi Reva scored two goals in the first half of the match to give the Kulas a 2-0 lead at the break.

Kalisi Dama extended the Kula’s lead to 3-0 with a penalty in the 62nd minute, before substitute Akanisi Katonitabua put the final nail in the coffin with a goal in the 93rd minute.

The Baby Kulas face hosts Samoa at 2pm on Monday.
