Fiji Airways Men's National 7s coach Gareth Baber is using the opportunity that the COVID-19 crisis has created to become a better coach and develop himself further.
Baber says it is strange and frustrating not being on the field with the players.
He says just like everybody else, they are making sure they are keeping their discipline and following the directives from government and looking after everybody who lives in Fiji.
Baber says he working on training plans that will make sure the staff and players are updated on what they need to do, particularly on how the players continue with their maintenance and progress on physical development.
