Ba to Nadi corridor is an area of concern for police regarding hard drugs – SSP Vaisewa

One of the major areas of concern for Police now regarding hard drugs is the Ba to the Nadi corridor.

This was highlighted by Divisional Police Commander West, Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Iakobo Vaisewa while speaking at the Bose ni Vanua ni Yasana o Ba held at the Nadi Police Station conference room.

SSP Vaisewa sincerely thanked the Momo Na Tui Sabeto Ratu Viliame Mataitoga for his initiative in monitoring the movement of people in and out of Sabeto Village after 6pm.

He also acknowledged all the Turaga ni Vanua for the endless support rendered to the Police. SSP Vaisewa reiterated the need to work together in fighting the war against Illicit drugs. SSP Vaisewa also acknowledged the Vanua's support towards crime prevention efforts in the Western Division.
