The Ba Under-20 rugby side is gearing up for a tough encounter against Nadi in the Skipper Cup semi final on Saturday.

Head Coach, Josua Tuwai says the team is not taking anything for granted, despite their earlier victory over Nadi during the round robin matches.

Tuwai also emphasizes that the semi-final will be a completely different challenge, and the players must stay focused and disciplined to secure a spot in the final.

He says that this year marks Ba’s second season in the Skipper Cup, and reaching the semi-final is already a significant achievement for the young team.

He adds that last year, they reached the quarter-final.

Tuwai adds the team’s main goal now is to give their best performance and continue making Ba proud as they chase a place in the Skipper Cup final.

Ba will meet Nadi at 11am at Bidesi Park.

In another semi-final, Naitasiri will take on Suva at 1pm at the same venue.
