Fiji has come out 30 days without any new cases of COVID-19 and more assistance has come through.
While receiving another 47 GeneXpert test kits to the Fiji Centre for Disease Control from the Australian government, Lab Manager, Talica Cabe-maiwai says they are so fortunate to have donors like the Australian and New Zealand governments.
Australian High Commissioner to Fiji, John Feakes says this second batch of assistance includes 470 testing cartridges for COVID-19.
Feakes says that this will assist in the testing regime with very quick results.
