Australian Govt donates $100,000 in tools for vocational training

Six vocational schools in the Central Division are set to benefit from a $100,000 donation of tools from the Australian Government which was facilitated through the Vuvale Partnership.

The Ministry of Education says the donated tools will enhance hands on training and skill development of the vocational students.

Counselor at the Australian High Commission, Sophie Temby presented the tools at a ceremony held at Lami High School

The event was attended by Assistant Minister for Education Iliesa Vanawalu along with the entire Technical Vocational Education and Training section of the Ministry of Education.
