Australia is now on the verge of delivering the 1 million doses of the AstraZeneca vaccine that they had pledged to give Fiji earlier this year.

Another 100,000 doses arrived in the country last night which takes the total number of doses delivered to 860,000.

They had delivered 200,000 doses earlier in the week.

The Australian High Commission says they continue to stand shoulder to shoulder with Fiji’s frontline health heroes as they work tirelessly to get all eligible Fijians vaccinated.
