All three assessors have found a former school teacher of Labasa not guilty of two counts of rape.
The alleged incident happened in a hotel in Suva in 2016.
The court was told that the man allegedly raped the woman after threatening her with a sex video.
Lawyer, Jitendra Reddy is representing the former school teacher.
High Court Judge, Justice Aruna Aluthge will deliver the judgement on the 15th of next month.
