Fiji Labour Party Leader Mahendra Chaudhry says the Director of Human Rights and Anti-Discrimination Ashwin Raj should just concentrate on his job.
While responding to Ashwin Raj’s statement that some politicians are playing the race card to win the elections, Chaudhry says the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and the International Covenant on Economic Social and Cultural Rights should be ratified rather than justified.
Meanwhile, Raj had said he agrees that these conventions should be ratified.
He says despite ratification, it comes with responsibilities.
