Army one win away from securing a place in the quarterfinals

Meli Derenalagi and Alasio Naduva led by example as they guided Army to a comfortable 24-5 win against Nawaka in the pool stages of the second leg of the Fiji Rugby Super 7s Series at Prince Charles Park.

Mosese Lomavere, got his first try in the first-half for Army and grabbed another in the second half.

Elia Canakaivata and Savenaca Uluibau also scored for Army.

This is Army’s second win today.

They could be the first team to qualify for the quarterfinals from Pool D.

Army will play Ratu Filise in their final pool game at 3:59pm.
