An essential staff of the UN in Suva tests positive for COVID-19

An essential staff of the United Nations in Suva has tested positive for COVID-19, and UN Resident Coordinator, Sanaka Samarasinha says as a precautionary measure they have decided to temporarily restrict access to Kadavu House for the next few days.

Samarasinha says the staff member had been to the office a couple of times this week.

He says almost all of the UN staff are already working remotely from home.
