Alzaid Ali and Grace Liuvoliga remanded after getting charged with unlawful possession and exportation of 12kg of cocaine

Two people who have been charged with 2 counts of unlawful possession of 12.33 kilograms of cocaine and 1 count of unlawful exportation of illicit drugs, have been remanded in custody and will appear in the Lautoka High Court on the 4th of March.

It is alleged that Alzaid Shain Rizwan Ali and Grace Katia Liuvoliga were in possession of 12.33 kilograms of cocaine on the 15th of February, 2024, at Vuda Bypass Road, Lautoka.

It is alleged that Ali and Liuvoliga engaged in dealing for the transfer and transport of 12.33 kilograms of cocaine from Vuda Bypass Road to Field 40, Lautoka.

Ali and Liuvoliga also allegedly attempted to facilitate the exportation of the 12.33 kilograms of cocaine.
