Alleged M-PAiSA scammer case adjourned until next month

The case of 29-year-old Lice Litia Mudunabole of Naivuruvuru, Verata, Tailevu who was charged with allegedly obtaining money from the M-PAiSA platform through deception has been adjourned by the Suva Magistrates Court.

Mudunabole’s case will be called again on 24th April.

It is alleged that on the 9th of January 2024, Mudunabole unlawfully obtained $402 meant for the Back to School Education Assistance from a member of the public through the M-PAiSA platform.
