All attempts will be made today to sight the new moon

The Fiji Muslim League says all attempts will be made to sight the new moon today.

They say if the new moon is sighted Eid-Ul-Fitr will be celebrated tomorrow otherwise on Sunday.

They request the members to inform Imams of their Masjid upon successful sighting.

The Fiji Muslim League is also requesting all employers to grant leave to their Muslim employees to attend obligatory Eid-ul-Fitr Prayer and other commitments of the day.
