Lautoka High Court Judge Justice Sunil Sharma has convicted all 14 accused persons of sedition in relation to the Nadroga Navosa sovereign Christian state matter.
They are Ratu Inoke Tasere, Jimi Koroibete, Seru Kunalagi, Adi Cuvu Gavidi Atama, Ulaiasi Rabua Tuivono, Peniasi Naqau, Semi Tanikili, Ratu Osea Bolawaqatabu, Ratu Tevita Makutu, Mosese Navaci, Eroni Rikoriko, Alifereti Nakuinivou, Alifereti Gonewai and Jorama Ratulevu.
Justice Sharma found all accused persons except for Ratu Osea Bolawaqatabu guilty on two counts of sedition.
Justice Sharma found Ratu Osea Bolawatabu guilty for only one count of sedition and not the other count.
The matter has been adjourned to the 24th of this month for sentencing hearing.
Bail has been extended to all accused persons except for Ulaiasi Rabua Tuivono who is a serving prisoner.
