Despite Afghanistan suffering a poor start to their ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup campaign, they have bounced back with thumping performances as they have won against defending champions England and Pakistan.

Afghanistan will now be looking to continue their good run as they seek to secure wins in their upcoming matches, while Sri Lanka also had a disappointing start to the tournament with opening losses against South Africa, Pakistan and Australia.

Afghanistan will face Sri Lanka at 8.30 tonight.

India has continued their winning streak as they defeated England by 100 runs in a match this morning.
