Adivainakece charged with criminal trespass and damaging property remanded in custody

The Nasinu Magistrates Court has remanded a bailiff, Timaleti Adivainakece in custody who is charged with criminal trespass and damaging property for allegedly attempting to enforce a court order.

It is alleged that Adivainakece entered into a house and tried to evict the tenant and in the process, she damaged the tenant’s property when she moved the tenant’s property outside during the attempted eviction.

The alleged incident happened last year in Nakasi.

The case has been adjourned to next Tuesday for Adivainakece to make a proper bail application.
