Access has been cut off for the residents of Veisaru in Ba as the Back Road bridge in Ba is flooded.
Veisaru’s Advisory Councilor, Lailesh Narayan Louis says they were able to go to Ba Town in the morning when the water level was low however the situation has changed.
Louis says the farms that are near the creeks are also flooded and they cannot determine the extent of the damage at this stage.
