The legal representative for National Federation Party leader Professor Biman Prasad, AK Lawyers have confirmed that they will issue legal proceedings against the Registrar of Political Parties as he has not made an unconditional apology as requested.
AK Lawyers’ Adish Narayan says they had written to Registrar, Mohammed Saneem to make an apology by close of business today after Saneem allegedly made comments questioning the credibility and ethics of the law firm and Narayan in a press conference.
Saneem will not make any comments on this.
