The Motibhai Group of Companies say no doubt a vaccinated workforce will be critical factor in a border reopening framework.

Group Manager Human Resources Sanjay Kumar says all their staff at the Motibhai Business Park in Nadi have already received their 1st jab.

Kumar says they are not letting their staff to have a laid back attitude when it comes to following safe COVID-19 protocols and since the outbreak of COVID they have been effectively creating awareness to win the support of all their employees to be part of the war against the pandemic.

He adds it then falls onto the employers to remind their employees that taking the vaccine isn’t just a positive individual action, but rather a collective action of the greater good for the nation.

Kumar acknowledged the Ministry of Health for the efforts in getting all Fijians vaccinated and more so their staff.
