The National President for TISI Sangam Fiji, Sadasivan Naicker says the $7.2 million Nadi Cultural Centre project is near completion and is expected to open early next year.
Naicker says there are also plans to setup hostels for the TISI Sangam Nursing School in Labasa which will benefit the students who do not have any relatives in Vanua Levu.
He says their projects are aimed at providing better life for all Fijians.
