A 53-year-old man who allegedly raped his 17-year-old niece has been granted bail by the Suva High Court.
Judge Justice Thushara Rajasinghe has granted him bail in the sum of $1000 with two sureties.
The alleged incident occurred in Tailevu.
The case has been adjourned to 15th February.
