Health Minister Doctor Ifereimi Waqainabete says there have been five deaths from typhoid fever this year and three of them were unfortunately in Togovere Village in Ra.
Waqainabete says Togovere is a large village because it has about 90 households.
He adds the typhoid outbreak in Togovere has been reduced.
There have been more than 80 cases of typhoid fever this year.
