Four men have been convicted of rape by High Court Judge Justice Salesi Temo.
Delivering his judgement this afternoon, Justice Temo accepted that Wame Baleimakogai, Napolioni Leiloma, Luke Sorovakatini and Sanjay Lal forced themselves on the two women.
Justice Temo said he also accepts that Wame Balemaikogai raped the first complainant three times.
The incident occurred on the 9th and 10th of October in 2016 in Tailevu.
The judge said he found the evidence of the two women as credible and rejects the unanimous not guilty opinion of the assessors.
Justice Salesi Temo will deliver his sentence on Friday at 11.30am.
