355 Fijians have benefitted from the Recognised Seasonal Worker Program in New Zealand as at June this year.
This is according to statistics by Immigration New Zealand.
About 20 Fijian seasonal workers are currently engaged with New Zealand employers.
Minister for Employment Jone Usamate had said that based on the three employers that provided earnings for the Fijian seasonal workers for a term of 6 months of work, the range of earnings was from $12,000 to $22,000.
He says their earnings are based on productivity.
