A 30-year-old man is believed to have drowned while attempting to swim across a river in Bua, Vanua Levu.
Police say the man was last seen last Friday, after which search efforts were launched.
The man’s body was found floating in the Tiliva River in Bua yesterday morning.
Police say a post-mortem will be conducted to determine the cause of death as investigations continue.
