3 University students charged with Nauluvatu murder to take plea on May 18th
The three University students who are charged with the murder of a 30-year-old man in Nauluvatu Settlement will take their plea on the 18th of this month.

Aisake Lovobalavu, Alexander Vatia Leweniqila and Manoa Vakavunivalu appeared before Suva High Court Judge Justice Daniel Goundar this morning.

Vakavunivalu’s lawyer, Tobia Ravuniwa asked the High Court if his client’s reporting station can be changed to Nausori Police Station as he is living in Kasavu.

Ravuniwa says his Vakavunivalu has been traveling to Vanua Levu to report as stated in his bail and he hopes that he can report to the Nausori Police Station every Friday.

He adds that this is the day he has his classes.

Justice Goundar granted the bail variation of Vakavunivalu.

Meanwhile, Prosecution lawyer Eoghn Samisoni asked the High Court if they can be given an extended time of seven days to file details as they are still assessing the evidence of murder.
