Three people are receiving medical treatment at the Nausori Health Centre after an early morning accident along the new four-lane Kings Highway near Buabua junction in Nakasi.
Police say they will be taken in for questioning after being discharged.
The vehicle flipped in the middle of the road.
The circumstances surrounding the accident are yet to be determined but beer bottles were found in the vehicle.
