A 25 year old Military Officer who allegedly knifed his 6 month old daughter appeared in the Nadi Magistrates Court this afternoon.
The man who is from Malawai, Nadi has been released on bail and the matter has been adjourned to the 20th of March next year.
He is facing a count each of grievous harm and criminal intimidation.
He allegedly injured his daughter with a kitchen knife in the middle of an argument with his wife who had just returned from filing a Domestic Violence Restraining Order against him.
It is alleged the two were separated and the man was entering their home without the wife’s knowledge last Thursday.
