A 23‑year‑old man was charged with one count of loitering in a public place for illegal purposes has been granted bail.
Emosi Doidoi appeared before Suva Magistrate Asanga Bodaragama.
It is alleged that he could not provide officers a reason as to why he was at Sukuna Park late last night as he was seen acting in a suspicious manner.
He has been granted bail and will take his plea on the 19th of September.
