A 19-year-old man from Wailevu, Labasa is believed to have drowned while fishing at the Wailevu River.
Police say the man was fishing by the banks of the river, when he slipped and fell in the river and disappeared.
They say search efforts were initiated yesterday with negative results, and continues today.
Meanwhile, search continues for the 50-year-old man who went missing in the Tulahewa River in Sigatoka, last Monday afternoon.
