A 19-year-old man has been remanded by the Navua Magistrates Court after being charged in relation to the alleged robbery of a 42-year-old man.
Police say the accused allegedly assaulted the victim and robbed him of his mobile phone last Saturday morning.
The 19-year-old has been charged with one count of robbery and one count of assault causing bodily harm.
He appeared in the Navua Magistrates Court on Monday and was remanded.
The case will be called again on the 21st of this month.
