The 19-year-old suspect who was earlier cautioned interviewed, and released by Police regarding the death of a 25-year-old man last Friday, is back in Police custody at the Totogo Police Station.
Police say he is being questioned again.
Police had earlier stated that the 19-year-old-man allegedly assaulted a 25-year-old man resulting in his death while returning from a nightclub along Carnavon Street in Suva.
The 25-year-old passed away at the CWM Hospital on the same afternoon.
The man fell over the railings, hit the cement surface, and was rushed to the CWM Hospital by his relatives.
