A 19-year-old woman who sustained serious injuries in an accident on Monday has passed away at the Sigatoka Hospital.
She was traveling with four people towards Lautoka when their car veered off the Queens Road near Maui Bay.
The student had been admitted in critical condition and passed away yesterday afternoon.
The road death toll currently stands at 18 compared to 30 for the same period last year.
