As of 5pm yesterday, 18,828 people are currently taking shelter at 389 evacuation centres around the country.
The National Disaster Management Office says 3,657 people are currently in 78 evacuation centres in the Northern Division.
The NDMO says 5,775 people are in 148 evacuation centres in the Central Division.
7,775 people are in 126 evacuation centres in the Western Division while 1,621 people are in 37 evacuation centres in the Eastern Division.
