18-year-old, Qoro to debut for Fijiana 7s in Vancouver

The team take a shot with Minister of Women, Children and Poverty Alleviation Lynda Tabuya after the Fijiana 7s Jersey presentation.

18-year-old Meredani Qoro is expected to make her international 7s debut at the HSBC Vancouver 7s this weekend after being named in the 12-member Fiji Airways Fijiana 7s side.

Qoro has been making headlines while playing in local tournaments for the Lillians team.

Other players included are Rusila Nagasau, Vasiti Solikoviti, Reapi Uluinasau, Vani Buleki, Ivamere Rokowati, Viniana Riwai, Maria Rokotuisiga, Lavena Cavuru, Ilisapeci Delaiwau, Ana Maria Naimasi and Talei Wilson.

The Vancouver 7s will be held from Friday to Sunday.
