Police are requesting information regarding 16-year-old Vitalina Lewa who has been reported missing at the Valelevu Police Station.
Lewa has been missing from her home in Waisasa Settlement in Tacirua and was last seen by her mother on the 11th of last month when she asked to drop a visiting friend.
Police say Lewa’s mother advised her friend to spend the night with them as it was late.
They say the next morning the mother could not find the two girls and she reached out to her daughter through Facebook and was informed by her daughter that she is in Nadi.
However, over the past weeks, Lewa's mother was informed that her daughter was seen in Makoi.
Lewa’s mother then lodged a missing person's report at the Valelevu Police Station.
