Fifteen people charged with sedition in relation to the alleged Ra sovereign Christian state matter have been found guilty.
Ratu Epeli Niudamu, Sailasa Wairoaroa Malani, Sereima Adidave Rokodi, Nanise Kasami Nagusuca, Waisea Duailima, Isikeli Waisega Kabakoro, Laisiasa Mocevakaca, Emosi Toga, Waisake Racaca, Samuela Ligabalavu, Mikaele Gonerara, Josefa Natau, Sulueti Lotu Waqalala, Ulaiyasi Rabua Tuivomo and Apolosi Qalilawa will be sentenced next Thursday.
All are charged with two counts each of sedition except Nanise Kasami Nagusuca and Waisea Duailima who are charged with four counts each of sedition.
Justice Aruna Aluthge found all accused persons except Apolosi Qalilawa guilty on all counts of sedition and convicted them accordingly.
However, Justice Aluthge found Apolosi Qalilawa guilty for one count of sedition and not guilty for the other count of sedition.
