A 13-year-old student is currently admitted at the Labasa Hospital after he was allegedly hit by a car along the Basoga Road in Labasa yesterday.
Police say the boy allegedly crossed from in front of a parked bus when the incident occurred.
He is admitted at the Intensive Care Unit at the Labasa Hospital.
The driver is expected to be questioned soon.
